Positive Intelligence® (PQ) Mental Fitness Program
Using factor analysis of over 500,000 people, PQ has identified:
5 positive (Sage) mental “muscles” (i.e.: thoughts, habits, and behaviors) that help us navigate challenges
10 challenging (Saboteur) mental muscles that hinder us and get us stuck in challenges
Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your Sage versus Saboteur mental muscles. When you’re experiencing burnout the Saboteur is running wild, generating stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, and worry.
The great news is research has shown that 6 weeks of consistent practice of PQ behaviors can significantly increase your Mental Fitness by building your Sage muscles of empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action!
